Lake Conroe inspections
At Lake Conroe Inspections we understand that buying a house is a major event in your life — a new home for you and your family, as well as an investment of thousands of dollars. It only makes sense to obtain as much critical information as possible about the property before the sale is finalized.
In what condition is the house? Are there safety concerns? Are there any significant surprises awaiting you after buying the house? Lake Conroe Inspections can provide you with key information to help answer those questions. We can assist you in minimizing the risks associated with purchasing a home.
Lake Conroe Inspections, Inc. is owned and operated by Justin Foster, Professional Real Estate Inspector. Combining more than 30 years experience in real estate inspections, sales and investment, as well as residential remodeling, renovation and repair, Justin has the knowledge and training to provide pertinent, timely information regarding your prospective purchase.
In addition, Justin is certified by the International Code Council as a Residential Electrical Inspector, Residential Mechanical (HVAC) Inspector, Residential Plumbing Inspector and a Residential Building Inspector. Justin is a member of the International Code Council (ICC), Houston Association of Realtors (HAR), Texas Association of Realtors (TAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
At Lake Conroe Inspections, home inspections are our full-time business. They are not a sideline or part-time occupation.
All licensed real estate inspectors in the State of Texas are bound by Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) standards of practice for real estate inspectors and have received training toward that end. However, not all inspectors are alike.
Where Lake Conroe Inspections differs from many inspection companies is having the background and experience to go beyond just reporting items that do not meet TREC standards. We not only recognize such items, but also are able to explain their significance and level of importance/concern to you. How might an item affect the condition or safety of the house? Are there conditions that may have immediate or future financial implications to you?
